Meet the Teacher - September 2^nd, 7PM
First Day of School - September 7^th, 9AM

Classes are filling up and we are gearing up for school to start!  We have a few spots left in our 2 year old class, please call us if you still want to enroll. 

Meet the Teacher/Open House is Thursday, September 2nd at 7PM.  We will have a brief meeting in the fellowship hall followed by Meet the Teacher in their classrooms.  Please bring filled out paperwork and immunization records with you (you can print out paperwork from the Enrollment link on the website). 

School starts Tuesday, September 7th at 9AM.  We will be taking first day of school pictures.  The first month's tuition is due at this time.

We are excited to start the school year.  We have lots of fun projects and activities planned for your child.  Please let us know if you want to help with any party days or special activities.  We love to have our parents involved!

Our goal at Train Up Preschool is to provide a safe, happy, Christian learning environment in our community. Our Train Up Preschool program is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM for children ages 18 months to 4 years and runs September through May. All Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD holidays, vacations, and bad weather closings are observed. The curriculum is designed to be educational and Biblical so that your child will develop and grow mentally, socially and spiritually.

Classes

Your child will be placed in class based on his/her age as of September 1^st of the school year. 

18-24 Month Old Class

• Teacher student ratio is 1:6
• Uses songs to teach sharing, patience, and other life skills
• Incorporates song and play to teach simple Bible lessons
• Uses tangible items for hands-on active learning during Discovery Learning Time
• Focuses on using the senses to learn about the world. Come see, touch, smell, and listen with us!

2 Year Old Class

• Teacher student ratio is 1:8
• Enjoy painting, coloring, and much more while learning shapes, colors, numbers and the alphabet
• Music and Bible stories are incorporated into the curriculum
• Explore the world around you during Science Discovery

 

3 Year Old Class

• Teacher student ratio is 1:10
• Curriculum reinforces numbers, letters, shapes, colors, months, and days of the week
• Learn about the seasons
• Improves skills such as cutting, gluing, and sorting during Art Studio and Science Explorers time

4 Year Old Class

• Teacher student ratio is 1:12
• Class is designed to prepare students for entry into kindergarten
• Reinforces past curriculum
• Introduces writing letters and numbers during Writer's Workshop
• Get creative during Art Studio
• Become a Science Explorer with us as we start to learn how things work
• Introduces basic Spanish words and numbers 1-10

Special activities are planned throughout the year to enrich your child’s learning experience at Train Up Preschool.  We have Firemen, a visit from Santa, Dads&Donuts, Silly Sock Day, a Bounce House, and more! 

Christian Education

Your child will enjoy learning about God’s love for everyone.  Each week we share stories from the Bible and complete fun Bible-related activities.  We also have Chapel each school day where we have worship and prayer time together.
